AT A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS HELD ON THE 30TH DAY OF AUGUST, TWO THOUSAND AND TEN AT NINE O'CLOCK A.M. AT THE COURTHOUSE IN WASHINGTON, VIRGINIA

Vice-chairman Lee called the meeting to order.

The purpose of the meeting shall be to consider:

1. A resolution authorizing the transfer of ownership of the former Aileen property near Flint Hill from the current owner to a new private owner upon receipt by the County of all sums it is owed by the current owner, to be paid in a combination of cash and a note from the new owner for $350,000.00 at 6% interest per annum amortized over 10 years with semi-annual payments and a balloon payment after five years.

2. To authorize payment of accounts.

A brief discussion followed.

Upon motion of Mr. Biniek, seconded by Mr. Frazier, the motion to adopt the resolution was passed. The roll call vote was recorded as followed:

Mr. Parrish Absent

Upon motion of Mr. Frazier, seconded by Mr. Biniek, the Board voted to approve the accounts as presented.
